For anyone else out there who has been scammed by this company: I didn't realise they'd taken a monthly subscription from my credit card for some time. I had cancelled my trial membership as soon as I joined but they claim to have no record of this. It amounted to over £200 and I sent several emails asking for a full refund but they refused to reimburse me. I had never once used their service. So I took them to the small claims court in the UK - don't know if there is anything similar in the US and I was then reimbursed the full amount. Amanda (London)
