My name is Boaz Razvan Bey, on July 27, 2018 @ approximately 8:46 am i rented a car from Advantage (rental # Atl 234752 ).I was charged 15.00 a day for carrying an additional driver. While at the counter, the receptionist asked when we would be returning the car and we informed her that it would be on Sunday @ 6:pm. On our way to pick up the vehicle, i noticed that on the contract that the receptionist had entered my name incorrectly;my address was also entered incorrectly, along with my email address. And as i was en route home, i received a call from the additional driver stating that she had to go back to the check-out station to get her name right before they would allow her to leave with the car (The receptionist had entered her name incorrectly also). On Sunday morning, before check-out time(11:am) the additional driver received a call from Advantage stating that the vehicle was due to be returned @ 8:46 am, which was incorrect. She was informed that there must be some sort of mistake; as, according to our reservation at the hotel, our check-out time was not til 11:am. Nonetheless, i was erroneously charged an additional 200.00 for having the vehicle an additional day! On July 30th 2018, i called customer service to lodge an Official complaint. I was informed that i had to call customer service and file the complaint, and once it was received that i would receive a " Ticket", and after receiving the ticket that some one would contact me regarding the matter within 24 hours. On Wensday, August 1st after not hearing from anyone regarding the matter, i called again; this time asking to speak with a Manager. The receptionist would not pass me on to a manager, but went on to assure me that my complaint was being reviewed and that someone would be in touch with me shortly about the matter. To date (August 5th@approx. 7:52 pm), no one has made contact with me regarding this matter! On three occasions have i called asking to speak with a Manager ( someone that can legitimately affect the situation ), and at no time have i been allowed to: interference is deliberately ran by the receptionist's; as if it's apart of the culture for them to keep you away from them: as if they want you to become discouraged and abandon the matter altogether!! In the morning ( August 6th 2018), i will rise early, to go there and address the matter personally. At this point all i request is the return of my unjustly seized $200.00. And i promise that they (at Advantage Car Rental) do not have to worry about EVER seeing me again!!!!
