I bought 2 packs of sonoma menthol 100s. I opened the first pack and the foil was torn. I counted, then re counted 19 cigarettes. One was a half of a cigarette and others was bent, ripped and had holes. Opened the 2nd pack and they was the same poor quality; ripped, torn and broken. I am very unhappy with this purchase of cigarettes and i will be contacting the company after my appointment tomorrow morning.
