April 28 Ice maker quit repairman came had to order part new part worked just long enough to call again out of warranty, had to pay another deductible. Then complete Fridge. quit working had to do another deductible. Repairman stated not worth fixing. cost to much, another repair company came for another opinion, they stated as well cost to much, HMS told them to fix. they order parts this was about May 30th a Whole Month with no Fridge. Lucky we had a old one in the garage. Have a 89 year old that live with us, She had a rough time going back and forth. to get what she wanted. I find it Very hard to believe that it took over a month to get fridge. repaired. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. Had to make claim on washer got it fixed so far so good, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HMS Home warranty under any conditions. Received Letter on June 13th 2019 stating they are canceling our Home Warranty due to many Claims, REALLLY
