Tried on line, says to call 1-877..., tried chat - due to hiring too few people try later in the week or call 1-877... Tried 1-877... to start new subscription, say start subscription. Said that, reported it didn't understand what I was saying. Start subscription... try again, SS we'll get you a customer service person... dead air time, two minutes later, your wait time is 27 minutes... So, "Takes my breath away" is a nice phrase that means "this sucks." Good luck Tom
