College aged kids just starting out in life submit a work order request to have the A/C fixed because it is summer in Georgia. It was 94 degrees inside the house. It took them over a week to get it fixed. The response from the property management... "don't sweat the small stuff." They owe no rent, completely paid up. Have never been late on the rent. The day after it is fixed they are served with a 60 notice to vacate the premises. Property management refused to honor verbal commitments to fix basic broken items in the house. True slumlords taking advantage of the most vulnerable. Cannot stress enough how people should steer clear of anyone associated with this company.
