taken wrist watch and it is not working properly

I had taken wrist watch 2 years back and in 2 years for several times watch was not functioning properly. I had given for watch for 3 times to the shop through which i had purchased it. But again the watch has stopped working. At the shop from where i purchased i am not getting proper service. This is worst thing which i experienced about TH. Please tell me what to do
