Taken off match payment when I made all my payments

Eversource customers service reps are very I knowledgeable about the energy assistance match payment process! I made all my payments and they still never corrected the problem. They made me go on a payment plan for 390 a month from what I was paying was 190 a month. This is ridiculous now they are saying they didn’t receive the payment from energy assistance and they see I made my payments. I have always received my energy assistance payments by August. So you kicked my off the program in May and your reason at that time you said is that I did not make my payments. So now you are being unprofessional and I knowledgeable of your job. Eversource I am making a formal complaint to the better business bureau and wherever else I can make a complaint til this is fixed.
