Feb. 2019 We purchased a LiftMaster / Chamberlain LA-412-D Dual Swing Solar Gate Opener w/ 10w Solar Panel from Gatecrafters. Gatecrafters.com and WebDirectBrands recommended the Chamberlain LA-412 we purchased for our application. The product was defective. We attempted countless times to contact via phone and email for a resolution There was not Tech Support as advertised on the website and emailed-thus the product was returned within the 30 days requested. We were charged over $900 for a restocking fee on a defective product that cannot be resold. Ultimately, we believe we were swindled out of $980.
