So if you look at the exterior of this center and everything they offer it sounds amazing. Like a safe and wonderful environment to express your needs and how they care so much and want to help in every way they can. Even the website is presented as warm and welcoming. This place is for children and families. Me being a single mother and wanting to be the best mom I can possibly be decided to check this place out to get a hold of some issues I was having. It wasn't a good start. People not returning phone calls to make appointments with a non caring attitude. I was told "this is a safe place" , a place where you can be open and honest. So that's what I did and because of that honesty my words were misconstrued and now they believe they can manipulate me into doing whatever. My trust has been completely broken and my words are being used against me and thrown back in my face. To treat another human being this way is inexcusable and inhumane. A place that is suppose to help you and have people in a field where human compassion is a must; treating people this way is unjust and quit scary. I am strong enough to fight and stand up for myself but what about the others that cannot? It is my personal opinion that this organization has terrible practices and cannot be trusted.
