I want to take a moment to express my dissatisfaction with BRAVO LIMO and their extremely poor quality of service. We hired Bravo Limo to provide a Memorable Sweet 16 Girls Day into the City via Limo. What should have been an Amazing time for our Teen and her Sweet 16 Court turned out to be a confined taxi ride to and from the city. First the “spacious” limo advertised was extremely narrow. Our daughter and her 7 friends (limo was advertised to accommodate 10-12 persons) were chaffered in EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, close proximity because of the limited space due to row seating. We have traveled in limos before and never have had a limo with rowed seating, like that of a mini van. Having limited space and rowed seating made it feel more of a taxi service than that of a limo ride. Secondly, there is no sunroof, but instead of a sunroof there is an overhead “fire exit” in its place, making the tight quarters seem more confining. Thirdly, the exterior lighting that was so vividly displayed on BRAVOS website could not be seen do to the limo being partially tinted. Limo’s are usually completely tinted to give more of a private exclusive feel, which also aids in producing the visible glow effect depicted in the website advertisement. The insufficient tinting let in too much outside light for interior lighting to be visible. If that were not bad enough the stereo system is absolutely outdated. No Bluetooth. A 5 inch mini wire protruding from the outdated sterio system had to be attached to our phones for music, making playing our music a hassle. The audio output was also horrible. We had to keep the music low to limit the static. And lastly the limo driver was an elderly gentleman who did not speak english, who traveled with his wife, which was beautiful to see, but unprofessional. I was only able to relay my instruction in Spanish, which would have proven disastrous if I were not bilingual. I sincerely just wanted a Grand Experience for our little girl and this POOR Service COMPLETELY RUINED that for us. The ENTIRE “Limo” Experience was beyond disappointing. In short, we basically paid $900 to be “taxied” to and from the city. To add insult to injury, I was shunned from the company, my emails and call ignored and when I was finally contacted I was basically told my “feed back” would be noted, and no effort was made to remedy my experience, and they made it VERY clear that customer service was not priority. Please save your money.
