NEED TO READ Have a brand new $26,000 Jayco delivered without main power cord. Had to make several trips to albany that i shouldnt have had too. When you call service department you get put to voice mails that they dont return calls. I have a hot water heater that doesnt work its 2 weeks old. THEY SCREEN CALLS. I called was put to a voice mail, that wont get returned so i called back to speak to a person the salseman that answered said to a co worker when he answered " its the same guy and hung up." Then i called back to say i wanted to speak to a manager the service dept operator tried to help me but then gave me advice. Said it would be better to come in person or call another service provider. Are u kidding me this is 2 weeks old im not calling another company it has a 2 year warranty. Totally pissed off costumer. U GET ALOT OF RUN AROUND,they are cheaper but u get what u pay for. Go to Alpinhaus.
