Don't utilize College Pro Painter from Indianola, Iowa. I have been trying to track down the owner of the franchise for the last six weeks in order to conduct the work contractually agreed upon--contract is one month past completion date. The owner took 15% down payment early July and stated it would be completed in roughly two weeks. After placing seven calls to him over a five week period, he continues to list excuses on why the work hasn't started. I have had to initiate all calls with many calls not returned. Now having to take legal action in order to get my deposit back.
