Since I have sent a copy of his death certificate to mugshots.com and he remains listed on your site, I can only conclude that the site is there to mock the mentally unstable and torment those he left behind. "Congratulations", mugshot, you should be held accountable for picking on mentally challenged and handicapped persons. I took this whole episode "up" with my congressman, and was told that I was not the first person to complain to him, and that mugshots.com would most likely just sit back and laugh.
