Placed money down on a VILLA in July of 2018 that was to break ground in September and be delivered in December. When September rolled around and the anticipated groundbreaking didn't occur I contacted the SWFL VP for an answer. He assured me that groundbreaking on my parcel would occur by mid-October. On October 24 groundbreaking hadn't occurred and the same VP who promised the mid-October groundbreakings attitude was well we slipped some but will break ground this week. Well, it takes 4 months to deliver a finished product so a promised purchase in July would deliver a product in December and a late October delivers a product in February or March. The VP's attitude take it or leave it! And the kicker is they hold 25K of your money for 7 months ( July to February). Guess they need the money to keep them afloat!
