Dear Sir / Madam, We have the following plans been issued via and by ADIB Bank: 1- Family Takful - ULHYS180068780 2- Salama - Idikhar Plus - ULIP190075644 3- Salama - Hyat Superior - ULHYS180074524 4- Aman - [protected] ADIB had closed all my account even though it was explained clearly prior to closure about the above plans via emails where they did not bother to take any actions to find a solution. They did not even reply to my emails in a timely manner. Due to ADIB failure, We need to speak to a senior person at Salama to find the proper way to continue with the above plans or to have an exit strategy away from ADIB. Kindly advise who would be the right person to discuss the subject and please consider this as the second level of escalation. BR,
