Tablet want charge

I still can't get in touch with the manufacturer. And the company I got a 2 yr warranty from sent me a email for a return label I can't even access. This is by far the most *** I have ever been through with a product. I will not be buying another one ever or using the warranty service. User's recommendation: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PPL.
