T-paper

I bought 12 rolls of Charmin toilet paper thinking that I was getting the large 2 ply quilted rolls and instead I got single ply paper. Bar code 0370********. I'm not happy with what you supplied. What happened to the quilted varsity that I normally purchase? Purchased from Walmart. User's recommendation: Check the package description closely.
