System error and impolite assistance help center.

I have experience in the system change my address without noticing me and delivery man went to the wrong place and he asked for RM 2 for the extra petrol fees personally. I am innocent in this case since i do not change any of the address and i am not suppose to be responsible in this case. I did made a report to the help center but the worker chat to me rudely. The problem did not solve and make my day an unhappy day.
