Appliance arrived seemingly in good condition. When I tried to sharpen the first knife it stalled the motor immediately under just the weight of the motor. Even taking weight of the knife it would chatter and then the stone became detached from the motor. I contacted customer service and the run around started. First they wanted pictures which I sent . Not good enough , they wanted to have a video of the sharpener. I sent pictures and the video requested. Now they are telling me they will only give a refund and don't want to replace the sharpener. It will cost more to return it then it is worth. No customer service there. The phone number I have does not get any response. They run the customer around until the 45 day return has lapsed. I am really disappointed and will think again before buying anything on line again.
