Swift delivery. Helpful service. But problems with stock status

I bought three items from their website. Two of them arrived quickly without a delay exactly on the date I expected. They were in good condition and worked perfectly. But one of the items was out of stock although the website said it was available. That was disappointing. But I should say they informed me about the problem two or three hours after I placed the order. That was not like I was waiting for it for weeks and then received nothing (which is a common situation at some stores). So I cannot say that it is a huge minus, but still it cost them one star. As for the refund, no problem with that. It arrived in a few hours, and they even called me to make sure I received it. Also, there was one more pity accident although that wasn’t their fault. I didn’t check the sizes of one of the items, I just had a look at its photo and the price and that’s all. And, when I opened the box, it turned out to be much bigger than I expected. However, I like it in any case.
