I'm writing to complain about, well just about everything, coming out of your Marshal, Texas location. The gallon tea sours within 5 hours of purchase(sometimes they chande the number on the lid), when picking up at drve thru the boxes never have silverware or napkins... sometimes even the gravy is missing. This problem is growing exponentially worse as time goes on. PLEASE FIX IT!!! We've complained at the store and are a DAILY customer. We will discontinue our patronage if things don't improve. Thank you
