Swedish fish candy

Bought a pack of unopened Swedish fish minis and when I was chewing I tasted that chocolate and saw when I checked inside of the bag some had what looked like chocolate residue on them and it smelled like it. I don't know if whoever was handling it had that on their hands but I refused to eat more.
