Suspicious before but NOW convinced

2

I have already purchased IObit products (several in fact). I was trying to get some online support for a problem I was running into with using some of their features. I went to IObit but found there was NO link to customer support. There were no User Forums. There was no HELP box to check. No link at all to the company. Only thing came up was a telephone number of some 3rd Party software support service which appeared to be a PAID support type service. IObit makes their customers go to some 3rd Party computer repair service which no doubt will tell me I need to PAY or sign up for a year maintenance program before they will help me. That's when I did some internet research for complaints from other users about IObit products. WOW!!! Was I surprised as my suspicions were well founded. IObit seems to be the kind of company to avoid. I have previously contacted PayPal as I wanted to ask them if I could block IObit from trying to charge any future Annual Renewals to my account. I suspect they will do such a thing without asking me if I want to renew. PayPal says to contact them "AFTER" IObit sticks it to me in a year from now. No way to contact IObit as there are no means of contacting them about "ANYTHING". On bright side their software utilities seem to work pretty well. Too bad they are likely to be crooks from what I have experienced and see online so far!!!
