Their company doesn't understand what it means when someone doesn't qualify for a survey and that it's not their fault if they don't. They permanently suspended my account because I wasn't finishing surveys and providing enough data for companies. User's recommendation: Don't use the survey site because if you don't qualify for surveys too many times will permanently suspend your account and tell you that it's because you didn't provide enough for research.
