I'm trying to change my direct debit order date for the past months, with requests on their websites, visits to their shops and even a phone call but still, struggling to change this, I requested debit order to go through the last day of the month (Or preferably 25th of each month) this also shows on their website "my account" that my debot date is the last working day, after the 7th day of the month I move all my excess money to a savings account, but they continue to debit my account on the 17th or 18th day, costing me every time money because of the unpaid order. This also reflects on my banking record. After numerous requests. I really don't even know what to do. On the 20th day every month they suspend my line, because of non-payment.
