Like many of the other reviews have stated it will take MONTHS, not weeks, to receive your order. In my case, I still have not received my full order and it is going on 3 months since I placed the order. What I have received is incomplete despite being charged for the full amount. I have sent numerous emails (20+) that have gone unanswered and called an equal amount only to be put on hold and never connected or was hung up on (this happened 4 times). I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the order and to retrieve the money for the incomplete order I received. I SO wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Furthermore, many items sold through this questionable company can be found at legitimate retailers (Lowe's/Home Depot) for less money. This is hands down the worst online purchase I have ever made. User's recommendation: Warning: Suspect this to be a Fraudulent Company!
