SURVEY ERROR

I HAVE SPENT OVER 15 MINUTES ON THIS AND YOU REALLY NEED TO HAVE A CONTACT EMAIL ON YOUR SURVEYS, IT SEEMS I DO ZILLIONS OF THEM AND FIND IT ESSENTIAL. I GOT AS FAR AS HOW MANY CHILDREN WITH AGES DO I HAVE. THE ERROR IS THAT THERE IS NO "NONE" OR "N/A" OPTION, SO I CANNOT CONTINUE.
