I thought it was a very good local grocery store for that small of a town. They serve hot food and have a fairly good variety of items. They even supply household goods, clothes, and other odds and ends for the visitors from out of town. I wonder. Is this still the same management? 2013 verses 2019? And I am not sure the specific problem based on your complaint. You say they didn't resolve your problem, but without specifics, that could easily be a policy issue, or the lack of having an item you desire but they don't supply, or it could be she said something mean or ignored you. What specifically was wrong with the customer service? It doesn't matter if she was young, other than for us older people to remember that she was young and perhaps would be an opportunity to politely direct her in your knowledge with patience and kindness. Plus, to those reading this, the information is vague and based on perception. Perception is like an opinion and everyone varies. My perception of the several times there while visiting my parents in Pittsburg is that the service is adequate and exceeded my expectations.
