Had a package ordered from Japan and shipped to the Philippines. The item only cost around 2500 PHP. I paid the shipping fee with the seller beforehand believing that it's all that I need to pay. And Surprise! When the item arrived, the delivery guy said we need to pay 576 PHP, said it was local charge. What the actual *** Shouldn't that be already covered? In the Philippines, only packages 10,000 PHP will be charged with custom tax. What the the *** is FedEx Philippines charging us for? User's recommendation: DHL.
