BEWARE! I went to the Palm Desert location for this company for three visits! Once in August 2017, September 2017, and April 2018 for steroid injections and a skin biopsy. I never got a bill for the charges until May 2018 for all three visits! Not only was I responsible for a $30 copay with each visit, but I was also charged $70 additional for each visit on my statement. Also, each treatment was about $100 and the biopsy was $300. End of the day, I had to pay the difference from what my insurance covered. I called and complained as high up as I could go as to why I never got a bill after each visit and why it took 10 months for me to get one bill. Nobody would give me any answers and they didn’t lower the bill by a penny. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL SNEAK UP FROM BEHIND AND GET YOU WITH A BILL. I literally thought my insurance was covering my treatments since I wasn’t getting a bill. Never going back
