My client Signed the contract on May15th. Had to deposit $5500. EM and the foundation hasn’t even been poured at the 3 month point.. At thepreconstruction mtg. There were no plans or dates given as it hasn’t been entered in the system. Then my client discovered that the garage for the house could not be reversed. This info was NEVER disclosed! Forfeit your EM to cancel or take it as builder sees fit, was our response when questioned. No completion date given and info has been withheld. NEVER buy or build with this company. SCAM ARTISTS!!!
