I attended Virginia college for a very short period of time after switching from a local technical college. During the semester I was at Virginia College I spent enough money to cover two semesters at the technical college. I also felt like the teachers were very underqualified. All of our teachers had other jobs as well as teaching us. Our classes often got cancelled due to our teachers working their second jobs. I know that three out of four of my instructors didn't even have a degree in teaching and were only deemed qualified for having worked in that field for 10 plus years and then taking a afternoon class for how to teach. There were many times that we would ask one of our instructors a question and they wouldn't even know the answer.
