Surgery nightmare

My lab Kelley had surgery May 23, 2018, for an knee surgery tore her ACL. The knee repair was a success, but when they put the tube in her throat, they either used to large of a tube, or didn't know how to insert it. She aspirated during surgery, we could hear a rattling we thought it was her lungs but a few days after we brought her home she coughed up a 3 inch long narrow piece of tissue with blood vanes in the tissue, after she coughed it up the rattling stopped. We took her to another emergency vet clinic where she had to stay another 3 days. Now scare tissue is forming in her throat and she can't swallow food, so more vet bills and torcher for my 10 year old lab. So basically I paid 3600.00 for them to screw up her throat. Beyond upset with the situation.
