Surge Mastercard Application And My $50.00 Deposit.

I had applied for a Indigo Credit Card on line in March in which I did receive it with a deposit right away. Afterwards, I started using it right away. The in April, I also went on line and applied for a Surge Mastercard along with applying my deposit for $50.00. As of this day I have only received the RUNAROUND from (2) Representatives telling me the following: We did receive your Appplication along with your deposit for $50.00 for Surge Mastercard. You will be getting it in 2 weeks. Then (2) weeks came and went and NOTHING... I then spoke to an individual by the name of JIMMY... He was so RUDE towards me over the phone. He told me that I could not get 2 different cards from the same bank!!! I do not see why I cannot get my Credit Card for Surge or either my deposit back. My name is:Paulette Theresa Davis. My phone number is:(520) 307-****. I do not ever want to have this matter happen to me ever again. I want my Surge Mastercard whom I applied for 3 weeks ago. my response and my patience is wearing very thin.
