I book flights from Vienna, Austria to Barcelona, Spain and the return from Barcelona to Vienna for 2 passengers. I received confirmation of the return flight, Barcelona to Vienna, and was informed that the outbound flight, from Vienna to Barcelona was cancelled by the airline, and that I was going to receive a refund. Of course that refund must be given by dreams since the money from my account went to e-dreams. So far, after uncountable attempts to communicate, send messages, "talk" to a dumb bot, and having sent multiple messages to an agent that the bot was connecting, but never replied, here I am. I will now post messages on Twitter and Instagram and if not contacted by a human being, or seeing money back in my account I will have to resort to solve with my bank.
