Had my 15" laptop fixed by Razer support. They are pretty responsive and clear on email. Fixed my issue in a few days so I did not lose much time on Overwatch. User's recommendation: Send email and state as clear as you can about the issues you have. Be specific and provide all necessary information. They usually come back to some pretty clear troubleshooting steps quickly to solve the problem.
