The first time i called support.com for a software problem they told me to call someone else. Two days ago when I called them for my computer he told me i needed to replace my new Seagate hard drive. Today when i called they told me i needed to reinstall my operating system. So I inserted my boot disc (which they couldn't figure out) booted my pc, ran AVG it found a malware problem I fixed it in 2 minutes where Support.com couldn'tdo in 5 hours. When i asked the Tec. person he told me that a boot disc wouldn't work. What a waste of money and the hours i will never get back! If you have a problem call someone who knows what to do!!! Here is a good way to waste $19.95/mt.
