I ordered 4 items from them and have problems with 3 items. A steel shed I purchased completely collapsed as it was so flimsy it was not fit for purpose. A ladder was delivered broken and they have refused to replace it. A spare part for the third item (a desk) which was also delivered damaged was eventually replaced by them. I have now been forced to take out a European civil claim to recover my loss. It has been so difficult in dealing with this company. They are completely untrustworthy.
