No, talked to Gerri who was excellent n ordered my supplies n already received them. I am waiting for corporate office to call me in regards of being charged for the rental of C-Pap machine n my insurance advised me that I shouldnt have been charged because of the contract between Insurance n your company so I need to be reimbursed. I talked to Tara in billing n she said this will be sent to Corporate. Tara was also very good in helping n listening to my complaint.
