Supllier refused to ship

We paid 3 orders in full, supplier is refusing to ship, we have open a dispute,we are not getting any help from alibaba. What can we do? They have 30 thousand dollars of our money Please HELP User's recommendation: Don't make any deal unless is all written on alibaba platform.
