been waiting 15 days for a supervisor I have been on the phone for literally 4 to 5 hours. to speak with a supervisor I keep getting told that I'm going to speak with one then it never happens. why is it happening. why does it take. half a month. and still no call back. even though it has been escalated at least three times. User's recommendation: dont buy it.
