I had a rep come to look at the car and approve or deny my Mazda 3 for repair. He stated the engine was blown and denied it coverage for the car not being ran through a car wash, the fact that it hasn't been driven in a couple months, and there was air fresheners on the mirror. (Like everyone else). It took a couple months to get ahold of these guys because: 1: THEIR NUMBER IS LITTERALLY NOWHERE TO BE FOUND and 2: AFTER I FOUND SAID NUMBER I WAS PUT ON HOLD EVERY TIME FOR 2+ HOURS. this company is a huge scam and their customer service sucks ***
