Super high prices/Super low customer service

Potential customers, beware! Do not buy from this company. Take your money elsewhere! They don’t want to take responsibility for packages that you didn’t receive. They tried to blame me for not calling sooner. They rephrased what you said in ways to make it look like the problem is yours and not theirs. Their customer service, including the long hold times and their supervisors, are arrogant, accusatory, and non-existent. There are so many better quality clothing at much better prices these days. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
