Super Dinner Meal Delivery

I've ordered for super dinner meal yesterday evening using the application and that was paid for as well. Then I got confirmation that my order is confirmed. They refused to deliver the order and when I checked the tracking it shows it is delivered. Then I called customer care, they told me to book again by paying again. I don't understand what's happening. The representative who talked to me was behaving like a cheat. He was not concerned about my issue and asked me to order and pay again. This is really disgusting.
