Super bowl foul! On January 31, 2019 I purchased a power lift recliner in order to watch the super bowl on February 3, 2019.

The recliner was delivered as scheduled. I was very excited about my new birthday gift. I sat in my new toy to try it out and it felt very comfortable. However, when I attempted to recline back to the sitting position, the chair had no power and remained stuck in the lift position. I was then very disappointed and disgusted because now I would be unable to enjoy the game. I immediately called the store and explained the situation. I was told that I would not be able to get a replacement until February 6, 2019. I believed that since I am a good customer, I should have gotten a replacement sooner. I also purchased other products on that same day for a total of $1152.25 and have brought other furniture in the past and have been completely satisfied.
