SUN COUNTRY RV PARK - WELLTON, AZ We made the mistake of staying at this RV park this past winter. There is no management to speak of; the grounds are disgusting; electric panels are leaning against 4X4s to keep them standing; grapefruits all over the ground; unleashed pets run around at will and relieve themselves anywhere they choose; regular maintenance is non-existant; park rules are not enforced (especially if "managers" like you); the so-called managers couldn't manage their way through an open door. Apparently the owner isn't any better than the people he has running this dump. Before you decide to stay here take a drive around the block, paying close attention to the state of disrepair this park offers. It really is as bad as it looks. This place SUCKS!
