This company has been great in the past. Not anymore. I have had the worst experience ever this summer. I ordered 4 umbrella stands and 4 umbrellas. I am now on my 7th shipment for the stands. The first two were rejected due to damage. They sent me additional stands, some in boxes that were in shreds, some with no box and only a shipping tag. I have spent hours on the phone with this issue and the resolution is unacceptable. I have to box the four stands I have left. At 130 lbs each and considering I am handicapped, this is something I will have to hire to be completed. I am shocked at what I have gone thru with my umbrellas but then I ordered a wicker outdoor storage chest that was delivered damaged. Certainly won't be ordering again from Frontgate.
