Suitcase

I bought a suitcase from a company. It was a BLACK Friday deal. It buy the suit case and get a free travel bag. I got the travel bag but not the suitcase. The case was to be a Christmas present for my daughter. But it never came. I have sent them an e- mail almost every day to no avail. I'm at my wits end. I dontknow where to go from. If you could help that would be sooooo awesome.
