Suggestion: Don’t Purchase PBK furniture

In someways this story should be about the generosity of my family which gave us a suite of baby furniture for our brand new baby. Unfortunately, because they purchased it from Pottery Barn kids online the shipping was so late including some items arriving damage that we alternately had to cancel part of the order. And that was after waiting for two months. This all includes literally hours of time waiting on the phone and little or no service from exhausted BBK employees. I am Magine they’ve had plenty of problems with consumers like me. We ended up waiting three months just to get the bulk of the order and cutting off the last two items because they told us it would be first another month and then that they lost the item that was supposed to be shipped in the warehouse! Kind of the last touch with the phone call I received this morning from someone at Pottery Barn kids furniture who asked me if I was going to receive a portion of the order because they had just found it and we’re going to ship. That was a week after it had been canceled. Apparently one side of this company doesn’t know what any of the other parents are doing. When they delivered the dresser that we had ordered it arrived damaged and we were requesting to wait an additional month and a half to get a replacement. That was with white glove service !
